Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use carefully before creating an account with LCVM. By registering, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Together, they form a legal agreement between LCVM (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“you”, “client”). LCVM may update or change these terms and the Privacy Policy at any time. Although our headquarters are in London, our services are available in UK & Northern Ireland only. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, policies, or future changes, you must cancel your membership and stop using our services immediately.

Guideline and Advice

This guidance is specifically for ISKCON London devotees: If you are interested in someone who is under the authority of ISKCON London (including Brahmacari, CVA & Ladies ashram), you must not approach them directly with marriage intentions. All such expressions of interest should be communicated through LCVM. 

We also recommend that couples associate for one to two years before entering into marriage. 

Please note that LCVM does not offer relationship counselling. Respect boundaries: Remember, every profile belongs to a real person. Be mindful of others’ comfort levels and share only what’s appropriate for the LCVM community.

Astrology: LCVM advises individuals to consider conducting an astrological compatibility check, should they wish, before proceeding further with the relationship.

Share carefully: Avoid sharing personal details like phone numbers, addresses, or bank information. Be thoughtful about what you share and what you request from others.

Personal, not business: LCVM is for finding a life partner, not business opportunities. Keep your interactions focused on personal connections.

Be genuine: Honesty builds trust. Use your real identity — no fake profiles or impersonation.

Communicate respectfully: Be kind and considerate in conversations. If something feels uncomfortable, pause before responding. Hate, discrimination, or abuse will not be tolerated.

Choose kindness: Intentional harm is taken seriously. If someone hurts you, prioritise your well-being and report the issue if needed — we’re here to help.

Adults only: You must be 18+ to use LCVM. Keep profile photos appropriate and free of images of minors.

Follow the law: Illegal content or activities are strictly prohibited.

Report concerns: If someone makes you feel unsafe or violates our policies, report them. All reports are confidential.

Consequences: We take these guidelines seriously. Violations may lead to warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination without refund.

Terms & Condition

Eligibility: To join LCVM, you must be at least 18 years old and must be a residents UK& Northern Ireland. You should have a genuine interest in spirituality, ideally following the path of bhakti-yoga. Additionally, you must never have been, nor currently be, convicted of any crime. Please note that LCVM is not a casual dating platform — it is intended for those sincerely seeking a lifelong partner.

Terms of Use: When registering as a member of LCVM, you are responsible for ensuring that all the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. By creating an account, you give LCVM permission to use the details you include in your profile — including hosting, storing, copying, reproducing, adapting, editing, modifying, or sharing them — solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you and other members. You are also free to cancel your membership and unsubscribe at any time.

Your Account: You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activities that take place under your account. If you believe someone else has gained access to your account, please notify LCVM immediately – [email protected]

Our Service: LCVM offers registration and administrative services for devotees seeking a life partner, including a screening process that involves collecting one or two references from mentor and service authority for each member. We provide an online platform and database where users can create profiles and specify their preferences to help them search for a suitable match.

Limitation of Liability: LCVM and its affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of the service, including content shared by others or unauthorized access. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided and do not verify member details. All matches and decisions about marriage are entirely the responsibility of the individuals involved.

Your Obligation: You acknowledge that your use of and access to the LCVM matchmaking service is entirely at your own risk. Your membership is for personal use only and must not be used for business or commercial purposes. You agree to treat all emails and other messages received through or in connection with the service as confidential and not to share them with any third party without the sender’s consent. The same applies to any personal information of other LCVM members, including names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, URLs, or any other contact details.

If you no longer wish to receive match suggestions or no longer want to be considered as a potential match for other members (for example, if you have already found a partner), you must promptly update your profile status to let us know. Keeping our database accurate and current is essential. Failure to update your status when you are no longer seeking a partner can negatively impact the quality of the service provided to other members.

Disclaimer of implied warranties: Except as expressly stated, LCVM provides its services “as is” without any warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website or service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any issues will be fixed.

Third Party Service: The service may include links to external sites. LCVM is not responsible for their availability, content, or actions. If you interact with them, their terms and conditions apply.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.

Questionnaire Security: Your responses to the optional questionnaire help us provide better matches and services. All answers are securely stored and shared with potential matches only with your consent. If you choose not to complete it, you won’t be able to view others’ responses. Avoid sharing sensitive details.
